Kirsty Stanley Hughes

Kirsty Stanley-Hughes is the founder of KSH Management Ltd, a boutique agency  which curates bespoke culinary experiences, and represents some of the world’s most distinguished chefs.  With a background in luxury branding and event management, working within LVMH’s drinks division at Moet Hennessy UK for more than a decade,  and where  she managed activations for brands including Dom Perignon, Veuve Clicquot and Hennessy,  Kirsty transitioned seamlessly into the world of high-end hospitality and chef representation when she started up her own business.

Since launching KSH Management in 2009,  she has built up a chef roster affectionately known as “The Pack”, which includes some of the most respected chefs in the world,  including Simon Rogan, David Thompson, Atul Kochhar, Peter Gilmore and Shane Osborn.   She places alot of importance on  identifying which culinary talent is best suited to  partner or consult for a brand or work with a private client in order to  create and personally present a memorable and bespoke event for them.  

Kirsty’s day-to-day work will include orchestrating  chef “residencies” in hotels across the world, luxury hospitality at prestigious events, such as Royal Ascot, where her chefs deliver fine dining experiences in exclusive enclosures, or on the  Belmond British Pullman Train, where she curates chef-led journeys featuring seasonal menus on board the stunning vintage  Art Deco carriages.  These collaborations blend gastronomy with glamour, and offer guests immersive and unforgettable experiences that celebrate both cuisine and occasion.

Her reputation is built on precision, discretion and a deep understanding of both the culinary and luxury sectors.  Whether it is a private event  for royalty or a champagne brunch en route to Ascot, Kirsty ensures every detail reflects the excellence of the chefs she represents and the brand she partners them with.  Based in London, she continues to shape the intersection of the fine dining and experiential hospitality with flair and finesse.
