What's not to love about a chef who has won more awards for his food than most of us have had school dinners, let alone Michelin dinners?! Brett Graham, a native Australian, is indisputably one of the brightest stars in the competitive world of top chefs. His Notting Hill restaurant, The Ledbury, consistently makes it into The S. Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurant Awards. In 2010, The Ledbury became the only UK restaurant to be awarded 2 Michelin stars and was voted Restaurant of The Year in the National Restaurant Awards 2010, 2011, and 2012. The accolades have continued, with The Ledbury currently ranked number 17 in the UK National Restaurant Awards and 3rd in the All in London Ultimate Restaurant Awards. Brett's journey began in a simple fish restaurant in Newcastle, Australia. He then moved to Sydney for three years before heading to the UK, where he secured a job at The Square, working under the iconic Philip Howard. After three years of dedication, Brett was given the opportunity to open The Ledbury, where he quickly earned 2 Michelin stars. Brett also owns the highly acclaimed Harwood Arms in Fulham, a beautiful gastropub and the only one in Central London to be awarded a Michelin star. His blend of extraordinary talent, discipline, and hard work has clearly paid off, making him a significant figure in the culinary world.
