Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurant Awards. In 2010, The Ledbury became the only UK restaurant to be awarded 2 Michelin stars and was voted Restaurant of The Year in the National Restaurant Awards 2010, 2011, and 2012. The accolades have continued, with The Ledbury currently ranked number 17 in the UK National Restaurant Awards and 3rd in the All in London Ultimate Restaurant Awards. Brett's journey began in a simple fish restaurant in Newcastle, Australia. He then moved to Sydney for three years before heading to the UK, where he secured a job at The Square, working under the iconic Philip Howard. After three years of dedication, Brett was given the opportunity to open The Ledbury, where he quickly earned 2 Michelin stars.
