Marlow is a British chef who has built an impressive career working in some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens. His journey began at Chewton Glen, a five-star country house hotel, where he trained as an apprentice, before gaining experience in several 3 Michelin-starred restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park in New York, Maaemo in Oslo, and The Fat Duck in Bray.

Marlow first collaborated with Chef Simon Rogan in 2012, joining the pop-up restaurant Roganic as a chef de partie. His deep understanding of Rogan’s farm-to-table philosophy and ingredient-driven approach led him to take charge of Roganic London when it reopened in 2018. Within eight months, Roganic earned 1 Michelin star, solidifying Marlow’s reputation as a rising star in the industry.

In 2019, Marlow expanded his influence internationally, becoming Executive Chef of Roganic Hong Kong. The restaurant was awarded 1 Michelin star less than ten months after opening and also received a Michelin Green Star for its commitment to sustainability. His leadership extended to Aulis Hong Kong, a development kitchen that allows diners to experience experimental dishes firsthand.

Marlow’s career continued to evolve as he took on new challenges. He became the Executive Chef of ION Harbour in Malta, a restaurant that holds the first and only 2 Michelin stars on the island. His ability to balance technical precision with bold flavours has made him a standout talent in the industry.

Beyond his Michelin-starred achievements, Marlow has participated in pop-up dining experiences, showcasing his innovative approach to cooking. His menus often highlight seasonality and sustainability, reflecting his commitment to responsible sourcing and culinary excellence.

Marlow’s cooking style is defined by his ability to blend classical techniques with modern creativity. His dishes emphasize purity of flavor, often featuring unexpected combinations that challenge traditional fine dining norms. His leadership across multiple restaurants has positioned him as one of the most influential chefs in the UK and beyond.

As Marlow continues to push boundaries, his dedication to craftsmanship and sustainability ensures that his impact on the culinary world will endure. His journey is a testament to perseverance, mentorship, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
